Staging + Interior Design Townhouse at 212 Calyer Street

In this five bedroom townhouse project, we colloborated with Coast at Compass to aim to highlight the historical details while crafting a unique story this home had to tell. Owned by an artist, we sought to preserve as many original pieces as possible while enhancing the overall look by mixing them with modern items to create a harmonious blend.

We performed some touch-ups and light renovations, including building an outdoor deck, painting walls, updating lighting fixtures, and adding rugs and furniture throughout the house.

The property received overwhelming interest and was under contract within a week of being listed. The front photo even caught the attention of a local magazine, further adding to its allure. Listed and sold at full ask $2,995,000.
